Vocabulary Fun #2 - Using an Online Puzzle Maker to make a Word Search

Today we will learn to use an online "puzzle maker" program to practice Ms. Kline's Weekly Key Vocabulary. You may use this program to generate a variety of puzzles to help you learn the vocabulary in any class!

We will use Discovery Education's Puzzlemaker program to create our puzzles:

• Criss-Cross
• Double Puzzles
• Fallen Phrases
• Math Squares
• Mazes
• Letter Tiles
• Cryptograms
• Number Blocks
• Hidden Message

Today you will use Ms. Kline's Weekly Key Vocabulary from Weeks 1-4 to build your puzzles. Click on each of the following four links and open them in new tabs so that you are able to see all four vocabulary lists. Remember, there are four new words each week, so you will have a total of 16 words in your first puzzle. Today you only have time to try the first puzzle, a word search.
